We will first start off with a free 1 hour consultation meeting either in person, on the phone or online. During this meeting, we will learn more about your needs, personality and exactly what your company or event is all about. We will also review any visual inspirations you have available you may have: photos, websites themes, swatches, sketches and so on.

Within 48 hours of your consultation, we’ll send you a price estimate and proposal that includes the project scope: budget, timeline, design phases, colour and final delivery date if not otherwise specified. After you give us feedback or make any needed changes, we’ll sign an agreement. At this time, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due. The balance of the deposit will be divided until the completion date of this project and an invoicing schedule will be provided to you with the initial invoice.

  1. Client brief & designer proposal
    Once we collect all data from client and proposal from the design brief are met, then we sign off on the proposal. At this time there is  50% non-refundable deposit.
  2. Research
    Market and product research, target audience and trend analysis. In order to understand the project very thoroughly, we collect requirements and details from the client. We analyze and compare the market history, the industry and it’s competitors. We look for visual techniques and create a design plan.
  3. Concept
    Focus groups, statistics, colour and design theory. In this phase, we create conceptual layouts, wireframes, and use case scenarios. When conceptualizing, we are focused on reflection, positioning and presentation of the business objective.
  4. Creative process
    At this stage, we brainstorm all possible ideas and collaborate to come up with the best solution and design for your company. This involves sketches, mockups, thumbnails, colour swatches which all will be collaborated onto a mood board for review. We then eliminate, refine and choose what is great for proposed timeline and budget.
  5. Client approval & production
    We then sign off with client for final production phase. Here is when last minute alterations can be made. A mockup is created for last revision then final proof is printed/created.
  6. Delivery
    Final product is delivered to client. All projects and products are created with highest standards and best quality. Remainder of project due upon delivery to client.
