Floorspace develops and uses their own digital platforms and web-based tools to drive their business forward while exceeding client expectations whether at the office or on the go. Their in-house Business Partners represent a new role in the industry and their brokers are supported to provide extraordinary value to their clients.
LRD worked closely with Floorspace building out the overall visual look and feel. Once the brand strategy and foundations brand positioning was locked down, the creative process began.

Ensuring Floorspace stood out from their competitors and to modernize the commercial real estate experience.
Solution
LRD worked closely with Dean Elissat (brand development and positioning) and the Co-Founders of Floorspace to ensure we create a strong brand identity system that spans from print material, office space, social presences to website and client application. We chose neutral tones, earth elements and subtle graphics to bring the look together. The primary teal colour is used strategically where needed.
